Blends Well With: Bergamot, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Grapefruit, Rosemary, Frankincense, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Nutmeg, Chamomile, Cedarwood, Pine, Rose, Peppermint, Thyme, Oregano, Ylang Ylang, and Spruce Essential Oils

Directions For Use: Add 5 to 6 drops of oil to bath water. Use in our PURE-OMA diffuser. Apply to pulse points, temples, behind the ears, or anywhere the body is holding tension. Oil can also be added to PureomEO™ carrier oils for use on skin.
