Aromatic Description: Fun fact about our Green Mandarin Essential Oil: it comes from the pressed peels of fruit harvested prior to ripening (our Red Mandarin Oil comes from the peels of fully ripe fruit). Despite the fact that Green Mandarin oil is distilled from unripe fruit, its aroma is less sour than most other citrus oils.

We feel like there is a metaphor here. We’re all on our way to becoming something else, setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and forever changing and growing. But there is sweetness in the journey too, and value in whatever we are before we’ve “made it” (whatever that may mean). Green mandarin oil celebrates possibility, but it’s also about celebrating all that is great about today. 

So, how does it smell, you ask? In a word: perfect. It opens with a delicious burst of juicy, tart, sweet citrus with subtle undertones of pine. After a few minutes, hints of anise, mint, and jasmine mix together and creep in, deepening what is still predominantly a citrus-forward scent. 

Green Mandarin oil is an energizing scent that encourages you to take stock of the here and now, and fall into the sweetness of becoming.  

Blends Well With: Basil, Sandalwood, Lavender, Grapefruit, Black Pepper, Chamomile, Orange, Cypress, Tangerine, Rose, Lemon, Thyme, Lime, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Ginger, Cardamom, Clary Sage, Clove, Coriander, Frankincense, Geranium, Jasmine, Juniper Berry, Marjoram, Myrrh, Neroli, Nutmeg, Patchouli, Pine, and Rosemary Essential Oils

Directions For Use: Add 5 to 6 drops of oil to bath water. Use in our PURE-OMA diffuser. Apply to pulse points, temples, behind the ears, or anywhere the body is holding pain. Oil can also be added to PureomEO™ carrier oils for use on skin.
