 Aromatic Description: PureomEO’s™ Geranium Essential Oil is the stuff of childhood picnics rendered by an impressionist’s brush. The children are dressed far too formally for a woodland picnic, but their spirits are high nonetheless. As they trail their ribbons, lace, and patent leather through the wet earth, they laugh gleefully, shovel handfuls of wild berries into their mouths, and carelessly pick the flowers that grow along the trail, squeezing the petals in their small, damp hands. It’s the moment they return to you, smelling of sun, summer breeze, and pressed petals, that captures the essence of this oil. It’s crisp lemon, verdant buds steeped in honey, green and vibrant warmth. There’s something more intangible in the aroma as well. The sweetness of possibility, perhaps. 

Our Geranium Essential Oil is a celebration of reckless abandon and the unrestrained joy that comes from traipsing through a woodland glen, bent only on the pleasure of finding the next small delight. Geraniums are sometimes referred to as “the other rose,” but there’s nothing secondary about this essential oil. It’s pure, innocent, and redolent with fresh, young life.  

Blends Well With: Basil, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Chamomile, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lime, Orange, Rosemary, Cardamom, Cypress, Jasmine, Frankincense, Ginger, Mandarin, Patchouli, Lemon, Marjoram, Neroli, Peppermint, Rose, Sandalwood, Clove, Juniper, and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils

Directions For Use: Add 5 to 6 drops of oil to bath water. Use in our PURE-OMA diffuser. Apply to pulse points, temples, behind the ears, or anywhere the body is holding tension. Oil can also be added to PureomEO™ carrier oils for use on skin.
