Aromatic Description: Scent evokes different memories in different people, based on their backgrounds, memories, and experiences. For us, PureomEO™ Anise Essential Oil recalls the large meals of childhood, where, when everyone was finally finished eating, a bowl of anise seeds was passed around, and everyone popped a few into their mouths. The initial crunch of seeds, followed by the intensely earthy, spicy-sweet burst of anise, part black licorice, part woody balsam, and, like a cherished childhood memory, entirely warm, deep, comforting. The vision of happy people sucking away contentedly on the tiny, pungent sees lingers like the last faint wisps of smoke after a grand bonfire. Of course, we were all crunching on anise seeds to aid our digestion after indulging, which they did admirably, but the succor of those memories, are, to us, even more valuable than the happy bellies that followed. We hope our Anise Essential Oil can help you create your own rituals of comfort and memories of warmth.       

Directions For Use: Add 5 to 6 drops of oil to bath water. Use in our PURE-OMA diffuser. Apply to pulse points, temples, behind the ears, or anywhere the body is holding tension. Oil can also be added to PureomEO™ carrier oils for use on skin.
